For Tutors

Getting started as a tutor on Tutor Tracker is easy:

  1. Register as a Tutor
    Complete the Tutor Registration process. Please note, you will be asked for your TRN / GTCS number.

  2. Complete the Payment
    The cost to register as a tutor is just £12 for an entire year of advertising your services. This small fee is your only cost — unlike other platforms, Tutor Tracker lets you keep 100% of the money you earn from your classes.

  3. Create Your Profile 
    Create a profile page that showcases your subject area, location and experience. Your profile will then appear in our tutor directory where it can be seen by all users.

  4. Get Found by Parents and Students
    Users looking for a tutor will contact you directly to organise classes.

With Tutor Tracker, you maintain full control over your tutoring business while enjoying the benefits of our platform’s visibility and reach.

For Students and Parents

Finding the right tutor on Tutor Tracker is simple:

  1. Browse the Tutor Directory
    Start by exploring our Tutor Directory to find tutors who match your criteria. You can filter by location, subject and more.

  2. Complete Registration
    If you find tutors you would like to contact, simply complete the Student Registration process.

  3. Access Tutor Profiles
    After registering, you will have access to all tutor profiles allowing you to learn more about their services and access their contact information.

  4. Get in Touch
    Reach out to tutors directly using the contact information on their profile to arrange your first class.
